Our roots trace back to a humble beginning when Kevin’s grandfather worked for the railroad in Canada before coming down through Maine to Lowell, MA, and establishing the spring shop in 1945.

His grandfather passed away when his father was 14 years old. However, his dad’s older brother, Eddie, took over L&M Spring, and then their other brother, David, and Kevin’s father joined him in the family business.

Kevin spent summers working for his father as a teen. Eventually, Kevin purchased L&M from his father in 2019, continuing the family legacy.

Over the years, L&M Spring has become a leading authority in the suspension industry, with more than a century of combined experience across various vehicles, from cars and racecars to heavy-duty trucks, buses, fire trucks, and more.
